Impress your family with this delicious restaurant-quality Thai Noodle Salad. This Thai Noodle Salad is a cinch to make, but we won't tell anybody!

What You Need

 
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
 
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
 
Tbsp. sesame oil
 
Tbsp. water
 
tsp. lite soy sauce
 
clove garlic, minced
 
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
 
1/2 lb. rice stick noodles
 
3/4 cup each match like-cut carrots, cucumbers and radishes
 
Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
 
Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts


Let's Make It

Mix first 7 ingredients until blended.

Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain, then rinse under cold water. Place in large bowl.

Add peanut sauce and vegetables; mix lightly. Top with cilantro and nuts.
